Job Description:
We are seeking a Web Developer with a strong foundation in computer science. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both front-end and back-end development, and can approach problems with a structured, algorithmic mindset. You should be capable of designing efficient data structures, writing maintainable code, and optimizing performance for high-traffic applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and libraries.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user-facing features.
Build scalable backend systems, APIs, and data models.
Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and documentation.
Participate in technical discussions and propose solutions for complex problems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across applications.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies and suggest improvements to our tech stack.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficient in at least one major web stack (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Django, or .NET).
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Hands-on experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
B2 level English proficiency or higher, with strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code on deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
