Position

CTO / Head of App Development

Early-stage startup / creation, e-commerce project.

Seasonal / short-term contract, max salary €800/month (~260,000–266,000 PKR).

Manage a small team of 2 developers.

Take full responsibility for the tech project.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of development tasks.

Contribute hands-on to front-end and back-end development when needed.

Integrate AI tools and automation to accelerate processes.

Make architectural and technological decisions.

Establish coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with founders on product vision and feature prioritization.

Identify and resolve technical risks and challenges.

Job Skills

Candidate Profile

Experience in full-stack development and managing small teams.

Ability to plan, organize, and supervise a complete project.

Familiarity with AI / automation tools is a plus.

Proactive, autonomous, able to take ownership.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
