POLISH and PERFECT my small WordPress websites

Job Description

I am looking for someone to PERFECT and POLISH my small WordPress websites. That means small amount of development, routine things, setting up small promotions, Etc. I have a few websites and they are virtually identical. Two of them require a small amount of development. The others require less development. It's mostly just improving what already exists. What we have is good but it needs to be polished and it needs to be perfect. The functionality needs to be smooth and perfect. The visual appearance of the website needs to be perfected. Very simple and easy work for anyone who has proficiency with WordPress development.

QUALIFICATIONS and QUALITIES that I NEED :

You MUST be able to speak English well enough that we can understand each other.

NOTE: I am trying to hire a woman before I hire a man because the person I hire will have to work with other women.

You MUST be RELIABLE and smart. You must know how to COMMUNICATE QUICKLY . You must know how to follow instructions, and figure out simple things.

YOU MUST BE... RELIABLE !!!

These websites are very small and nearly identical. Some of them are static pages only. So it will not require much work to maintain them. When you look at the websites, you will understand immediately.

WordPress development is very simple. Drag and drop. This is about perfecting and polishing the website which already exist. Performing different small tasks as needed. These websites are for a new business venture so we are at square one trying to create the business.

Easy work with a modest budget. And we may offer additionally a royalty which is bonus money. The fix payment and the royalty is in US dollars. I have to say this because up work employees are not very smart and and don't understand what a royalty is. They think it's a currency. They think it's a different currency from the US dollars but it's not a currency at all. It is bonus money. To be paid in US dollars. I have to say all of this to avoid confusion with these people.
