I hold an MBA (Master's of Business Administration) with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Fellow member of institute of Financial Accountant UK, along with 20+ years working experience in Accounting, Internal Auditing and Tax Consultancy with many SMEs.

What Can I Do for You
Auditing:
• Design and manage company audits to ensure compliance with contracts and operational policies.
• Perform evaluations of internal controls; recommend control improvements and increase operational efficiency to avoid frauds.
• Coordinate with external auditors for final audited accounts 2 weeks prior to AGM.
Management:
• Supervise and train staffs in the areas of financial analysis, general accounting and auditing
• Oversee general and subsidiary ledgers, payroll, accounts payable, fixed assets, inventory, reconciliation and finalize monthly Profit & Loss along with Analysis to group management.
• Revenue reconciliation and Receivables reports to Group management.
Financial Analysis:
• Accountable for P/L, investment and Cash Flow budgeting, along with budgets assumptions and explanation to variance to management.
• Departmental and staff cost analysis that resulted reduction of cost in various heads by management.
• Checking and controls over Payroll Process, Staff Loan Position and Gratuity.
• Complete special projects including ad hoc reports that help management to take prompt decisions to reduce cost and increase revenue.
Accounting:
• Quarterly and annual client wise P&L to CFO and group Director.
• Supplier and Services providers’ payment breakup with expense and tax deductions
• Handling monthly closings and financial reporting
Taxation:
• E-Filling of Tax Returns on Monthly/Annual basis with supporting working
• Advance Tax Working
• Reply Notices sent by Income Tax Department within specified time period
• Prepare and file company annual tax returns before compliance due date.
Computer:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of QuickBook, general ledger systems,
• Have good skill of ERP System developed in Oracle.
