Thanks for viewing my financial modelling project. Do you need the financial section of your business plan perfected by an Ex-KPMG Consultant?
I will provide you with a Dynamic Financial Model in Excel. Using that model, you will be able to control the whole model. This means if you change the variables in the assumptions, the rest will be changed automatically. I will also tell you where to change data. This Financial Model will contain the following components:
Properly laid out assumptions- General and projections drivers
Monthly Projections- profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow statement for the next 3-5 years.
Annual projections - The 3 main financial statements (Income Statement, balance sheet and Cash flow statement) are projected over the next 3-5 years.
Ratios and other analysis
Break-even analysis plus Any other analysis needed.
DCF valuation
Scenarios and Sensitivity Analysis
Charts and graphs
Supporting Schedules such as equity and PPE schedule.

Well, you will be provided with a fully dynamic, automated and robust financial model, meaning that it will not be static. You will have to make changes to inputs in the assumption area only. The model will be automatically updated.
Do you use a generic financial template?
I do not use templates. While my flow and style are pretty consistent from model to model, every model is built up to the client's needs. This offers the most robust and agile model possible. It is a lot easier to build to suit, than forcing data into a generic model. All industries are different.
What if I have a specific model or format I want to use?
This may be possible. Please message me to determine the best path forward.
