Job Description

PROJECT: Hide Main Domain - Show Only Subdomain Subpart

MY DOMAINS:
- Main Domain: maincompany.com
- My Subdomain: brand.client.maincompany.com
- Note: This subdomain is NOT a separately bought domain. It is a SUBPART / CHILD created under my main domain.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Main Domain maincompany.com should NOT show alone in From, Reply-To, Mailed-by, Signed-by, Return-Path. (Wrong example: Mailed-by: maincompany.com)

2. In From, Mailed-by, Signed-by, Reply-To, it should show ONLY my SUBDOMAIN
Example:
From: brand.client.
Mailed-by: brand.client
Signed-by: brand.client
Return-Path: [email protected]

3. Show Original: If main domain appears inside technical headers, it's OK. No problem.

4. Fix Issues:
- Remove via brevo.net / via sendinblue.com tag
- Remove Brevo logo from email body
- Ensure inbox delivery, not spam

5. Access I will provide: Cloudflare DNS, Brevo, Website SMTP, Sender Email and Reply Email.

6. Deliverable: Send me Gmail screenshot showing From/Mailed-by/Signed-by shows only subdomain subpart and root main domain is hidden.
