Experienced STR Operations Coordinator - Paid Contract-to-Hire Trial

Regal Realms is looking for a Pakistan-based coordinator with direct, hands-on short-term rental or serviced-accommodation operations experience to complete a paid operations trial, with the possibility of a long-term full-time position.

DIRECT STR EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. Apply only if you have personally handled live short-stay properties, reservations and guest issues. General VA/admin, customer-service, hotel or real-estate sales experience alone is insufficient.

The initial engagement will test your ability to prioritise live guest and maintenance issues, draft clear communications, assign ownership, identify escalation points and create a compact action tracker. The exercise uses redacted business scenarios and takes approximately two to three hours.

Strong candidates may be offered an ongoing role covering Guesty monitoring, Airbnb and Booking.com operations, guest escalations, maintenance coordination, reviews and platform cases, chargeback evidence, reporting and SOP improvement.

Requirements:
- Three or more years of professional experience, including substantial hands-on short-term rental or serviced-accommodation operations.
- Evidence of personally managing STR guest communications, reservations, check-ins/turnovers and maintenance issues, using Airbnb and/or Booking.com and an STR property-management system.
- Excellent English and evidence of personally owning operational outcomes.
- Strong prioritisation, written communication and follow-through.
- Reliable equipment and connectivity.
- Availability overlapping UK operations; the intended long-term schedule is Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM Pakistan time.

Strong performers may be offered a full-time role at PKR 120,000-180,000 per month, based on directly relevant experience, plus incentives, bonus and promotional opportunities based on performance.
